PRODUCTION TIME 5 business days for production after all proof approvals. Allow 8-16 business hours for a proof from the time the order was placed. A delay in approving your proof will delay production. Please try to approve your proof as soon as you receive it. Also make sure that our emails are not going into your spam folder so that you do not miss the proof. SHIPPING TIME View shipping time to your location. Please note that expediting the shipping method will not speed up production, it will only affect the shipping time for the order. NEED YOUR ORDER IN A RUSH? Yes we can mix and match fonts/typestyles. Sometimes our online preview system may not achieve the exact layout you are wanting. No worries as we are happy to send you a proof before you place an order so you can make sure you like the way the personalized item looks.
In most cases, we can change the color of the image you upload to any color you want. Some images have shading in it and this can make it more difficult to modify easily. In that case we we may need to redraw the image so it works as a one color image. We suggest emailing the image to use and we will send you a proof showing you what the art will look like as a one color print.
Once an order is placed, we sometimes can increase the quantity of an item (assuming the item is not too deep into the production process). If it's a new item entirely that you want to order, we ill need to create a new order.
The imprint area shown is the maximum size permitted. We can always make the art smaller than that size.
